You may sometimes see abbreviations or brand names for vaccines or combinations of vaccines on our records; here are some of the common ones:

• Pentacel – Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, and Haemophilus influenzae B vaccine
• Prevnar – Pneumococcal vaccine (pneumonia, meningitis, ear infections)
• Rotateq – Rotavirus vaccine
• Menactra – Meningitis
• Trumenba or Bexsero – Meningitis B
• Gardasil – HPV vaccine
• Flu vaccine given yearly starting late summer for ages 6 months and older
• TB test frequency based on screening questions and school or volunteering requirements
