We are booking appointments for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children 6 months – 5 years (two dose series) and the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children 6 months – 4 years (3 dose series).
Please email us at Frontoffice@Lapeerpeds.com for our unique MyTurn.ca.gov link to book the appointment. The front desk cannot book the appointment for you.
PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH VACCINE YOU WANT IN YOUR EMAIL (Pfizer or Moderna). WE CAN ONLY EMAIL YOU THE SPECIFIC LINK TO THE VACCINE YOU CHOOSE.
WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
We will be giving COVID vaccines on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Space is limited right now so please ask for the link as soon as possible.
